40% ABV. 100% pot still. Great nose. Grass, brine, ripe bananas. Slight astringency. Richer, smoother flavor than The Funk, but it gets a little sharper over time. Interestingly, this is slightly funkier than the White Overproof; they use a stronger recipe to compensate for the lower strength. This makes it my favorite of the Rum-Bar series :)

I never thought I would put those 3 words together! I am definitely a dark rum fan. What I liked about this was the lack of typical silver rum immaturity and harshness. This rum is addition through subtraction. Decent nose. Tastes are sublime, not overpowering. Nice bite in balance, but the finish is smooth to the point of almost disappearing. BIG improvement over most silver rums that finish so harshly. Thus IS sipable! Way to go Worthy Park.....AGAIN. This is a great distillery! This and Plantation 3 star are far superior to other silver rums.

This one took a bit to appreciate. The nose is pretty funky but tastes closer to Sajous. It’s briny and weird and definitely worth and price for something so unique.

Nice funky taste
Enjoyed it in a Daiquiri Even though the funk was a little heavy

I'm a big fan of the funk and this white does not disappoint on that front, however, at 40% abv it doesn't smack my palate the way it's OP sibling does. As such, it's a bit overwhelming and underwhelming when mixed

Bottle and label looks terrible, but dont be fooled - it's pretty consumable drink. Very funky nose. Bites with some unbalanced, young alco, but quickly dissipates and goes down smoothly. Leaves trail of that funkiness afterwards. I dislike silver rums most of the time, but this one is definitely worth a try!

Skvělý do koktejlů i ke grilování místo pálenky. Aromatičtější s výrazně travnatým projevem, trochu do slupek z vlašských ořechů.

Rum-Bar Silver from Worthy Park is an unaged low ABV Jamaican rum.
It’s a blend of three different rums with different fermentation times.
It’s made from molasses from sugar cane grown on their own estate in a Forsyth double retort copper pot still, and bottled without additives.
The nose is fruity and nutty with clear aromas of acetone and vinegar and hints of ripe banana and apple.
In mouth and at the palate it’s still fruity but also mild and sweet with tastes of ripe banana and hints of apple, citrus, vanilla, coconut and caramel.
The finish is quite short and fruity but also a little bitter and bland.
Overall a rum that will do better in cocktails and drinks than been zipped straight.

Every rum has its destiny! This rums destiny is to shine in a Daiquiri. It almost has the flavour of its OP big brother! Although that could be scientifically impossible! Anyway, if you're the kind of person who writes off white rum as never having any flavour you are morally bound to try this. (Or OP if yo game!)

A really good white rum with a taste of tropical fruit like banana. I prefer aged rum but this one I can drink straight without problem. A really good rum to do good drinks.
