What bloody hell of an unholy matrimony produced this bastard of a rum! 'tis rum they said. 'tis bourbon they said. 'tis a mockery of both I says! Aye, she smells like a fine rum with her sweetness, and her caramel, and her hint of vanilla and fruits, but then she hits your tongue as hard as runnin' your ship aground. There be rum here, but it be fightin' against the bourbon like two of your gimpiest crew fightin' over who gets shore leave first. The bourbon wins out, but not without havin' a spicy long-lastin' burn goin' down the hatch. Not the worst, not the best. Might this be a sippin' rum? Most would say no, but several shots in, you just won't care... arrgh!
