Plantation XO 20th Anniversary

Assemblage des plus vieilles réserves de la maison, ce rhum est une pure merveille : vieillis de très longues années dans les Caraïbes, les rhums sélectionnés pour cet assemblage sont ensuite minutieusement assemblés par notre maître de Chai, au Château de Bonbonnet, puis affinés dans de petites barriques de chêne français pendant 12 à 18 mois supplémentaires.

Ce « double ageing » apporte à ce rhum une rondeur en bouche et un velouté incomparable. De couleur vieil acajou, Plantation XO 20th Anniversaire révèle un nez aux notes exotiques de canne à sucre, vanille boisée et noix de coco grillée, complétées par des effluves plus complexes de cacao, d’orange confite et de boite à cigare.

parfait en tous les points... pas trop sucré, pas trop burning, très très plaisant à boire !
en plus pour le prix, je pense qu'il est difficile de trouver meilleur...

Great rum to drink straight up or on the rocks. Very smooth, great taste! I absolutely recommend it!

This was my second purchase of a good quality rum, and what a difference. Very aromatic to the nose and smooth spicy finish in the tongue. I thoroughly enjoyed it and recommend it.

It is a sweeter rum with its own flavor. I can taste some coconut which sets it apart. It is smooth and complex but the suger overwhelms the other flavors.

The smell is very appealing, a good strong warm rum, not to warm, a very good rum.

Very cool packaging. Comes in a box and the bottle is very cool looking. My first sip left me disappointed, the after taste was a little strong. Next I tried it by adding one small ice cube and letting it melt. That made it perfect. Now this is one of my top five rums.

This is one of my favourite rums. Coconut, bananas, and not too sweet.

I describe this rum as pure gold that melts in your mouth. I have no other words for it.
