Nose is alcohol forward but taste is caramel and smooth, ends again in a long burn but not the good kind more like a bit heartburny. It’s a good middle but off balance in the beginning and end. Feel like this just needs to be tweaked to be a solid sipper.
This was a pleasant but not necessarily memorable rum. Very light in color and flavor.
Excelente trabajo de artesanía con deliciosos toques de Vainilla y madera
This rum from Panama is advertised as Panama´s first craft distilled rum. It is not easy to get and quite rare. Smooth, balanced and flavorful. However the finish is unfortunately quite short and the overall taste profile is too sweet in my view.
Hecho de raspadura, un intento desente de abrir el mercado panameno a otros rones.
No pagaria mas de $25
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

This is almost sweet like a bit less than a liqueur to me. And slightly spicy but just faint.
The other flavors are complex but the typical vanilla, chocolate, oak barrel.
It does grow on me as I sip it. The aging etc makes the taste have depth and it’s clean.
I have the blended , the silver and the spiced. After going to the bar in Panama City I decided to get them since they aren’t available here. This one is my favorite by far of the 3.
