Nice subtle aroma in the bottle and the flavor that hits the tongue is rather sweet but then a bitterness hits which lingers....way too long. Even when the burn eases...and it's a rather mild burn...the bitterness just becomes a bad aftertaste. It's not a bad rum but I would have rated it higher except for the aftertaste. I may amend my review after trying it in Coke Zero. That may redeem this rum.

Full of taste rum. Smells and taste like caramel, but a little bit sharp. Not smooth enough for me. I prefer Baracrdi 8.

Des notes grillées, un peu de cacao, un goût boisé relativement doux, du sucre roux, finale pas si longue, mais équilibrée, ronde et boisée.

Nice ball-shaped bottle, comes with a natural cork stopper and in some kind of faux leather sack. Quite dark color. Woody smell,a little harsh maybe.
Very sweet and surprisingly full bodied taste of toffee, together with chocolate or coffee flavours. Makes a lot fun to drink, though it is not so complex (no ripe fruits here, which you don't actually miss). Sweet aftertase. And it is really a bargain!!

Not so great, but may be very good for mixing, albeit I didnt try that.

Definitely on the rougher side. Good for the price but much rather pay the extra for Pussers 15, Zacapa XO, Plantation 20th or anything along those lines. Usually only drink spirits straight but will use the reminder as a tester for mixing

Nose: violet and vannilla, like Camus VSOP and Martell Cordon Bleu.

Taste: Caramel sweetness.
