Sugar cane, little technicity and ripe fruits in aroma; banana, licorice, sweet tropical fruit, charcoal in body; long intensive tail.

Nose is estery and a distinct hint of acetone. Flavour is mix of acetone, banana, foam banana, pineapple, pineapple cube sweets, more funkyness, hint of smoke

One of the best whites I've ever had. Grassy w/o additives, yet rounded and sweet. Wonderful nose, pure cane, grass and hospital smell :) Full of flavor, no negatives (except it's gonna be gone within a couple of years).

Lovely high ester Jamaican rum from Worthy Park. Pickles, fruits, aceton - complex and great nose and palate. Love it.

Třtina, květiny, mentol. Je to dobrý rum. Alkohol je znát. Nejzajímavější je dochuť, ta je dlouhá a velmi příjemně se mění a je vrstevnatá. Mám rád divoké tóny, ale tady to není 100% symbióza. Potřebuje vyvětrat. Po dlouhém odvětrání došlo ke zlepseni.

Rum pochází z melasy z destilerie Worthy Park a destilován byl na kotlíku Forsyths s kapacitou 18 000 litrů (2x destilován). Fermentace specifickými kvasinkovými kulturami probíhá až 3 týdny (!) - tento postup byl použit poprvé v historii exluzivně pro Velier.

Aroma: Rajčatový protlak, kyselý okurkový lák, spařená zelenina ve skleníku, větrovost.
Chuť: Hašlerky, třtinovost. Velmi nakyslá.
Dozvuk: Hašlerky, mentolky, tinktura, zázvor. Delší.
Sladkost: 0/3
Ochutnán vzorek
Tak tato Jamajka mi vůbec nesedla. Zeleninové složky a nakyslost až nepříjemné.

D'une limpidité classique d'un rhum blanc il s'en échappe une odeur tenace de fruits exotiques a la fois vifs et chaleureux. En bouche la puissance se fait sentir et la bouche devient envahie de saveur de fruits mûrs et sur la finale une olive très persistente et longue. A ne pas mettre entre toutes les lèvres. Un régal avec modération

Overriped bannanas, pineaples, other tropical fruits, gasoline. Very intense.
