I’m missing a bit of sweetness ind this one - taste and smell a lot of spirit.

1st nose reveals strong, almost sour and comlex aroma notes of grass, green olives, grapefruit, orange peel and cane. Expecting to have these notes continued the palate turns suddenly into mild tones of fruity sweetness of berries, cinamon and sugarcane. What a surprise! Hot mid-long finish again with fruity-sweet tones. This rum from Madeira is a sugar cane rum, so it should be compared to other agricole rhums. High alcohol percentage of 52,8%. Very special and interesting.
