Im Glas schönes sattes Bernstein mit Kupfer Reflexen.
In der Nase typisch Caroni aber nicht so hart nach Teer und Petroleum, eher etwas mehr Früchte und Blumen. Frisch gehobeltes harziges Holz und Lakritze fehlen auch nicht.
Im Gaumen, mmmmm, habe noch nie einen solchen "geschmeidigen" Caroni getrunken. Da fliessen die Aromen von tropischen Früchten in Bitumen, Zitrusfrüchte mit Lakritze, dunkle Schokolade mit Harz Krümel und so weiter, einfach so über die Zunge. Voll Caroni aber irgendwie lieblich arrangiert.
Im Abgang auch typisch Caroni, Bitumen, Kakao, Petroleum, Harz, Holz. Sehr langanhaltend.
Ein Caroni sehr nahe am Berrys' Caribbean XO. Wunderbar für Einsteiger in die Caroni Welt und für Fans ein bezahlbarer "every day" Caroni. Danke Patric !

In the nose typical Caroni but not so hard after tar and kerosene, rather more fruits and flowers. Freshly planed resinous wood and licorice are not missing.
On the palate, mmmmm, have never drunk such a "supple" Caroni. The flavors of tropical fruits flow into bitumen, citrus with licorice, dark chocolate with resin crumbs and so on, just over the tongue. Full Caroni but somehow lovely arranged.
In the finish also typical Caroni, bitumen, cocoa, petroleum, resin, wood. Very long lasting.
A Caroni very close to the Berrys' Caribbean XO. Wonderful for beginners in the Caroni world and for fans an affordable "every day" Caroni. Thank you Patric!
