Berry Bros & Rudd St Lucia 14-Year

This Rum was recommended by a liquor owner, well I was very pleased. a intens flavor,
that stays for a long time.

Gold color, light amber. The nose is about solvents, exotic fruits. It reminds Jamaica a bit. Then we find more pastry notes with chocolate, grapes, plum, LIEGE syrup based apple & pear (Belgian specialty). There are also notes of menthol and liquorice. On the palate, it's always pastry with chocolate and smoked finally arrives! It's hot, greedy, the smoke settles definitively. It's long in the mouth, well done. Great rum with which we finally find Saint Lucia.
