Au premier nez le vernis est très présent, c’est un rhum qui demande un certain temps d’aération pour se dévoiler et laisser apparaître des fruits (figues, ananas, melon). C’est assez médicinal et épicé également.
C’est gras en bouche et on y retrouve les fruits, des épices (poivres, muscade) et une note anisé/réglisse. L’alcool est parfaitement bien intégré.
La finale est longue, fraiche, portée par le duo anis/réglisse.
