Here is the third selection rum of Longueteau after parcel n °1 & n°9. Distilled from blue cane (label color on the box). This land is in a wetland surrounded by watercourses. The nose is on fresh sugar cane with citrus flavors like lemon. In the mouth, it is floral, vegetable and always lemon well present. We also find hay, fresh herbs and a saline side well present. Mineral notes are very present too. It's very different from the other two. Very nice length in mouth with a sweet attack that lets come spices, salt, pepper. The vetegal side arrives later, olive, artichoke. Nice, very hot finish My favorite. Real rate = 8,5
