Ein vier Jahre in Eichenfässern gereifter Agricole in limitierter Abfüllung.
Gute Aufmachung, schwarze Flasche mit silberner "Holo" Etikette.
Schönes Bernstein im Glas.
In der Nase typisch Clement, frische Früchte, grüne etwas unreife Äpfel, Vanille und dezente Holznoten.
Im Gaumen Mild da "nur" mit 40% Vol. abgefüllt. Angenehm weich und grüne Trauben, Quitten, grüne Äpfel auf rauchigen Holz.
Im Abgang frisch und ein wenig rauchig, lang und lecker. Erinnert mich an einen Calvados.
Ein Agricole der dich nicht schlafen lässt. Auch für Einsteiger geeignet.

In the palate Mild as "only" filled with 40% Vol. Pleasantly soft, green grapes, quinces, green apples on smoky wood.
In the finish, fresh and a little smoky, long and delicious. Reminds me of a Calvados.
An agricole who does not let you sleep. Also suitable for beginners.
