Chameleon was a great introduction, but Barrel 216 really ups the ante! The nose is very reminiscent of the Chameleon, but with a delightful sarsaparilla kick added to it. The taste is quite a bizarre combination of vanilla pudding, plums, wood and brown sugar. Super smooth with very little burn as the brown sugar sticks around and the sarsaparilla comes back. I've gotta find a bottle of this!
