Bought a bottle of this Agricole Blanc during my drive down to Spain.
The aroma is vegetal and fruity with hints of yeast.
The taste is very smooth and it’s easy to recognize the vegetal and fruity aromas in the taste but it’s also spicy and has notes of seawater.
The rather long finish goes on in the same direction.
Overall a full bodied complete rum that’s robust, funky, smooth and oily, probably perfect in a Ti Punch.
Picture: My opened bottle with a poured glass with Estepona Harbour in the background and the Gibraltar cliff in the far distance.

N- Puffy mixes of various leaves, sugarcane, pandan, screwpine, even some basil and parsley, broad green spirits hue that resembling fermented rice/sorghum chinese wine. Dusty cereal husk, like in the operating milling room, dusty, grounded white pepper and malt draff. Sun-dry fresh laundry with eucalyptus heats at the tails. Despite raw, the aroma does evolves interestingly. (17/25)

P-Spicy chili oil, cereal husk again with sweet grilled marshmallow, sour-sweet tangy new spirits, hefty bites of raw strength. (15/25)

F- Short-medium, mouthwatering spicy with return of sorghum/rice wine, menthol, mint and earthy. (17/25)

Balanced:- Raw and very 'garden green', close to nature, and not as sulphury as anticipated. Surely an idea spirits to toss in for a tasty mojito. (17/25)

Weighted Rate:- 66pt
