This is a disgusting cheap rum that doesn't even deserved to be called rum . Pure sugar and minimal spice blended with pure alcohol burn
But whoever made this stuff appears not to know. It may be just okay as a mixer. The only reason I gave it a 3 is because it really was not harsh tasting and there was no burn. Not the worst, as largo bay is worse than this but not by much.
This is the kind of rum that you mix into other things to get a rum-like flavor. Definitely not made to drink neat. It reminds me of most other "value" brands of rum, such as Admiral Nelson. Sharp and unsophisticated, with strong vanilla "spice."
add some mix and some lemon... lots of ice and it is drinkble.
This rum gets points for smoothness but lacks the punch needed to stand up to cola. Try on the rocks or with a splash of soda water.
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

This really made me wonder where the fake, syrupy flavors that were supposed to be spice were really coming from. I am not sure what is in here but it isn't natural spice. I guess you could mix it. I wouldn't....unless mixing it with furniture polish counts.
