Malecon Reserva Imperial 25-Year

Complesso, fine e persistente.
Non eccessivamente morbido vista l'età.
Si beve con molto piacere ma non lo comprerei.

This one is much better than the Malecon 15 years old I tried before, it is smooth and not too sweet, for me it is an ok rum it will not make me fan of Malecon rums

De beste uit de proefset van Malecon. Maar al met al lijkt deze lijn te veel op elkaar.

De 25 jaar is erg zacht. Zoet aroma met fruittonen. Zoete smaak met voornamelijk karamel. Lekker lange nasmaak.

Prima rum uit Panama maar ik had meer verwacht. (40%)

quando l'ho assaggiato per la prima volta me ne sono completamente inamorato. Meno alcolico rispetto al Zacapa 23, che in questi anni va molto di moda. Tenuto in bocca per un po' manifesta la sua morbida "setosità": per me è spettacolare!!!

Dieser rum schafft eine gute balance zwischen milde süße und würze.
Nussaroma, kaffee, Vanille und exotische Gewürze. Cremiges Mundgefühl. Habe mir für 25jahre aber irgendwie mehr erhofft.

Lecker, würzig und stimmig. Nicht zu süß dafür würzig mit nussigen Noten, in der Nase Leder, Gewürze und Holz. Braucht einige Minuten im Glas um richtig zu kommen, ehr ne 8,5 als nur ne 8

This rum is well balanced with notes of candied fruit and vegetable notes of flowers. The alcoholic side disappears with time and leaves room for softness . Good rum to finish dinner with a good cigar or chocolate.
