This is a good mixer that has notes of toffee and caramel. There is quite a bit of fruity esters without it being overpowering. In other words, it plays well with others and would make for some great cocktails.

Someone said too much banana flavor. I believe this was not a detriment to the taste. Rum is a Caribbean made distilled spirit. I want it to have some Caribbean flare and this rum has a good banana flavor which is not overwhelming. This is not going to disappoint you.

Great value and I enjoy the smooth sweeter caramel taste.

First tried this sipping on it neat. A little more burn than for my liking, but overall not bad at all.

Dotaz na obsluhu mistniho krasneho obchodu s alkoholem byl jasny - doporucte mi Rum, kolem 500kc- moznosti (500-700 😉) bylo nekolik- nakonec jsem vybral ( mimo jine 😂) tohoto tmaveho fesaka. Krasna barva, prijemna vune - ale po prvnim polnuti prislo prijemne prekvapeni, co se dana 500 korun koupit. Smekam.... a tento fesak Double aged se dalsiho tydne nedozil 👍

Za cenu okolo 12€ som nemal veľké očakávania ale čakal som že to bude ine ako Republika a Hefron. Vôňa ma prekvapila. Je sladká karamelovo korenená, trochu liehová ale cítim tam aj jamajskú zložku. Chuť je na jednu stranu sladká - karamel, med no na druhu stranu štiplavejšia-kyslejšia - korenie, nakvasené ovocie? Záver bol prijemný jemne do horka.
Za danú cenu je to naozaj dobrá voľba či už na samostatné pitie alebo do drinkov (hlavne Cuba Libre) ale na nejaké vychutnávanie musíme zainvestovať viac.
