Appleton Estate Joy 25-Year

Smooth all the way down. Nice flavour. Excellent taste throughout.

I can’t justify the £20 per shot price tag on this rum. Rich, with a full body, it delivers well but there are just as nice rums at half the price.

I looked for this bottle for about a year and it was worth it. I opened to celebrate a birthday with a friend of mine and the flavors and smoothness of this rum where second to none. The oak, vanilla, tobacco and leather notes were a little more intense, but smoother compared to AE 21, which is a favorite of mine. I’m trying to get another one, but these are more rare now days and the price could make it infeasible.

Hands down my favorite adult beverage. It gets broken out for births and other major life events. 3 ounces in a glass with a 2 inch ice cube, swirl it around for a few minutes then toast the event. Truly nectar of the Goddess JOY!!!!

An excellent pick. Does not fall flat. Simply put, if you have an opportunity to try, take it. You will not be disappointed

I received this as an anniversary gift and tried it neat. One of the nicest sipping rums I have ever tried. Offers a mellow flavor with next to no burn. Truly an exquisite rum!

One of those rare rums where the pretty bottle does not do justice to the fantastic product in side. Lots going on here. Oranges are pronounced, but rich fruit of raisins plums dates as well. Almond nuttiness. Woody, but not all oak woody either. A race horse.

Po dlouhém váhání nakonec padla, je to každopádně zážitek. Nechávám jen dvě rezervní hvězdičky, kdyby to něco překonalo, ale bude to hodně těžké.

This rum is incredible delicious! Appleton 12 year , signature, and rare casks taste nothing like this rum. I dumped out the rare cask it was so disagreeable with me. I still want to try the 21 year.
Very expensive rum to only share with the best of company.
