La Mauny Vieux VSOP Rum is a blend or rums aged four to five years and produced in Martinque of the West Indies.
The La Mauny estate was founded in 1749 by Joseph Ferdinand Poulain as a sugar plantation. The estate has previously produced a number of products, but focused on rum beginning in the 1800s.

Very sweet, acidic coffee aroma. Taste ultra sweet coffee and caramel. Very pleasant to sip, but more liquor than rum

Legendario je prostě pecka. Je to teda hodně sladká pecka, ale vůně a chuť macerovaných rozinek mě napoprvé odzbrojila. Občas po sušších rumech je takovýhle likér příjemná změna. Je to teda spíš pití pro dámy, nebo zlehka k večeru nachuť než na nějakou chlapskou párty. Rozhodně bych ho ale nemíchal.

In 2007 at the Legendario factory in Havana on Cuba I drank this for the first time and for me it was love at first drink. And today I still love it.
And with Coke? I never tried. Maybe in future.

Elixír - je klasicky hodně sladký s chutí po hrozinkách a karamelu. Je výborný pro popíjení v kruhu přátel. Není moc silný. Každý si v něm najde to svoje. Za mě vzhledem k ceně velice dobré pití .
