Kraken Black Spiced

I don't understand the high ratings here. OK, i'm not a big fan of dark rums, but this rum tastes like Dr. Pepper on steroids and cough drops.

It's a hard ride on this ship
I only consume mixed as this rum if not mixed right will kick you in the ass!
Really to harsh of spice for me to sip and I can only handle the spice in Kraken for a couple of drinks then I have to move to more of a smooth rum

Tons of flavor, just really hurts in the morning if you have to much lol

I tried the Kraken both ways, sipping and with Coke. Sipping, it is not very nice, too much spices, vanilla. But mix it with a coke, and this flavors perfectly match.

Mostly i drink my rum without ice. But with this one, i used some ice and personally i thouth it was a good combination. I would not drink it with coke, because it has enough good flavors in it. Good for his price and perfect on the rocks.

It's spiced. I can't sip it but you can mix it. It's an ok spiced rum. Great package though and fun marketing. I give them credit for all of that.

Sipping? No thanks.
On ice? Little bit less bad than without ice.
Mix? Too dominant taste to use
Shooter? Please dont, after a second one you will rather go home

Very different than most rums, colorful flavor. Taste it if you want something different.
