Appleton Estate Special Gold

Découvert au Mexique, il est un peu agressif et fort mais assez fruité smooth banana. Vraiment a son meilleur dans des cocktails type mojito.

Moving from bourbon to rum was made easier withbthis appletons, you get lots of the vanilla and citrus notes from the bourbon influence right away. Then a big hit of fruits and delicate spices. Its not a game changer but it has its place and its always enjoyable without being exceptional.

This is a cheap okay rum. Take this to a party, hand it in and enjoy mixed with what ever. Not a sipper but the price you pay for this what do you expect

This stuff has fueled many a funky reggae party! What I drank for many years at outdoor reggae yards in the west end. Ya Mon!

Aye, this rum dances the line between heaven and hell. Decent aroma! The flavor be spicy, with hints of vanilla and... raisin? This be not an overly sweet rum, but definitely not for sippin'... not without a lot of better rum in you first! There be worse rum to be had. Still not sure? Flip a doubloon. Heads, you try a better rum. Tails, you try a better rum.

This one goes down like water lol if your in a pinch and on a budget this is an okay choice!

Maybe as a well brand but nothing great going on here, so save it for mixers, don’t torture for me to drink neat.

Only had a miniature of this, but a bit bland for my liking. Nice taste, but just too little of it.
