Appleton Estate Signature Marque

Being my first Jamaican style, I've tried it neat, on the rocks and mixed with soda. I'm not a fan of it neat or on the rocks. If I stopped there, I would have rated it a lot lower. But this shined for me mixing it. I'm still developing my pallet but I got a strong molasses taste that I really enjoyed.

My bottle looks different than the one pictured, but say signature so guessing it's just new label. This was typical Appleton for me. Not bad not great. An initial bite that scorched the throat and really prevented any ability to taste anything more. Having it with Ting, and that is delicious, a variation of a d&s of sorts
