No doubt about it, Bielle is one of my favorite Distilleries, but this particular offering is not one of their best. To me, it’s a bit harsh and on the strong side. Mostly oaky, it lacks the subtitles that make Bielle so special. I like the bottle and packaging very much. I’m going to use this for Ti Punch, where I’m sure it will be great. Not a stand alone sipper. Real rating, 6.5 on the Alaska Joe scale
