Light amber color. Vanilla and banana followed by spice and raisin. Oaky.

Nevím co napsat, vůně je jakoby potlačena, při opakované zkoušce v něm cítím máslo, kakao a líh.
V chuti je jemný a jeho jemnost bohužel potlačuje i chuť ve které cítím to co ve vůni, tedy máslo, kakao a líh, ten nejspíše tvoří o dojez spolu s kakaem.
Hodnotím jej vcelku vysoko, pro jeho jemnost a nenápadnost, ale přitom se jedná o výborný rum.

The cork on my bottle broke (which I have seen noted in other reviews which is curious). After that poor first impression, a rich golden hue in the glass (darker than in promotional photos) improved my opinion. Upon tasting, this rum comes across as a very tasty expression of Jamaican rum. A little funk, and a bit more sweetness than expected makes this a surprisingly nice rum. I'm not the biggest fan of Mt Gay's usual offerings, but this is a treat. An expensive one, but probably worth the premium for a special occasion.

This is a damn fine rum, don't get me wrong. It has been several months since I finished the bottle and I vaguely remember that it is a blend of about 55 different rums. But with the new Mount Gay XO Triple Cask being almost as good at one third the price, this one is no brainer for me to not buy again, even if I had the money to spend.

This is a solid rum I could drink regularly at half the price but does not hold its own in the premium $100+ catergory. Better of with XO or triple cask.

this is really good, nice amber/copper color, let sit 10-15 minutes in the glass and than boom,
in the mouth an explosion of brown sugar, some orange peel and apricot,
long toffee sweet finish, it is expensive (even more in my country, around 175 euro)
but i have to admit its really a good rum !
in fact it s very similar to their XO just all enhanced, stronger in the nose and mouth,
it was way too expensive but i gave 10 to this because is really the best i ve tried so far ...
