I made a visit to the distillery. The method of infusing the spice into the rum is tremendous. I know of some rums that add the taste chemically. I had a visitor that came by. I was out of all other rums and had to go to the pantry. My guests were upset that I didn't bring out the Dancing Pines Spiced first. Of course I was saving it.
