That's some good stuff
The first thing you notice when you pour this Jamaican rum in your glass is the color. It is quite clear for a rum which has been aged during 17 years. The nose is fruity with some vanilla touch. The taste is following the jamaican style with a light taste of olive which has surprise me ...
Tip : give it some fresh air before drink it, you will discover the full potential of the Jamaican rum !
A very fresh and vegetal nose with the classic markers of Jamaica which are the solvent and the nail polish, one also finds notes of apple liqueur.
On the palate, the green apple bursts with the olive on a very nice finish that is not very long. Very nice work, typical of Jamaica
