The nose is very similar to a very good clairin. When tasted it evokes all the lively sensations of a well crafted white rhum agricole. Sweet, sharp, a bowl full of fruits doused in amazing estery goodness. Ending with a lovely sweet, zesty and fruity tang that leaves you coming back for more. Amazing pour!

Aged a bit, diluted with rain water - this is one of the best and most floral white rums out there. Buy and try - or miss it forever.

A very fresh nose with fresh sugar cane very present. Vegetable notes going on mint. After a while, the chocolate comes in and a persistence of citrus with lemon is also well installed. On the palate, alcohol is well felt, it is warm, pleasant on the palate starting on spices, nutmeg, pepper. It is an interesting rum but it lacks aromatic structure, not complex enough. A little disappointed.

A essayer absolument.
