Chiar daca e mai tanar, arome fresh cu un pic de vanilie si un aftertaste cam scurt, cred ca e un rom mult mai bun decat alte brand-uri mult mai cunoscute. Merita toti banii!

Fresh taste, short aftertaste, too young, light color

Got a sample of this rum from RR Tasting Club. It’s a blend of rum from Indonesia and Fiji. I’m not a fan of Indonesian rum so I suppose it’s the Fijian part that makes it OK for me.
I detect vanilla, tropical fruits and some spices. In the end suddenly the taste of orange dominates. I could easily have had one more glass.

Velmi jemný ale zároveň hodně neutrální a nevýrazný. Trochu dubu, a banánů v chuti a vůni.

Enjoyed a bottle of Rum & Cane Asia Pacific XO in the middle of the Finnish wilderness. Definitely unique bottle and label design. Bright golden color. Strong tropical fruits complimented with plenty of sugarcane juice and floral notes to the nose and palate when neat sipped. Dry and short burn at the end. Easily forgettable rum.

N- Pale white wine hue suggested this probably natural colored with no additions which surely can only be a good thing. Opened up well with floral of orchid, earthy nutmeg and pungent on the outer edge. Caramelized steaming hot banana, certainly rum-ish with natural brown sugar and chocolate danish that aren't cloying. It said this is a blend of molasses spirit, thought i am quite sure a few generous spoons of Rhum are blended into this which added the layer of fiery but funky, meaty and almost petrol like nuances, or probably a young distilled rum, but no problem, still adored the lightness yet teasing characteristic. (89/22)

P- Quite up my alley with this one, remains clean, light and calms with less oak influence, but possess much substance with more distillate characters. Hint of juniper, leafy sweet, some phenol and bitter. Full ripe sour fruits, milky and pandan. (87/21)

F- Medium, dry and chewy, just a tinge spicy and nicely sweet. (86/20)

Body/Balance- 88/22

Robe tres claire.
Attaque en bouche très nette avec prédominance d'epices et d'alcool.
Notes finales très épicées.
Au final, à part les épices ce rhum reste assez fade.

Fresh molasses with tropical fruit, cinnamon. Interesting but not exciting

Un nez avec des note de réglisse
Une bouche avec une bonne attaque, des notes d'épice et une bonne longueur.
