Flor de Caña Gold 4

Had a shot of this the other day with a friend as it was their house pour and was very pleasantly suprised. It has a nice balance for only a 4 yr old rum with caramel, sugar cane, and peppery spice coming through. Made a nice Cuba Libra! :-D

My favorite mixer. Ginger Ale and a wedge of lime is hard to beat.

I'm a fan of Flor de Cana. The 4 year gold makes a good mixer. I can sip it in a pinch, but prefer to mix it.

Occasionally good for sipping, but not complex enough to be really interesting. My favorite cocktail calls for 2 oz of this rum mixed with orange syrup honey, fresh lemon juice, and muddled mint.

Great with coke. I mix it a little strong to get a good flavor in the drink.

Great mixer can drink straight

Not bad considering the price. I believe I paid $21 for a 750ml. Best mixed not on the rocks or neat.

I'm a fan of Flor de Caña. The base Gold is a standard rum that is a little rough around the edges. Great aroma.
