S.B.S. Port Morant White Overproof

Sitting on 150 proof, this single barrel selection overproof takes no prisoners.

Nose: alcohol, fresh sugarcanes and anis
Pallet: Sweetnes, fresh grass and a very powerfull and long burn

I got a sample of this rum, and despite the very high alcohol content, I really loved it. It had a flavor like nothing I had tried before. None of my comrades liked it that night, but after tasting this, I immediately started looking for single cask/cask strenght, 0-aged Port Mourant bottlings. A few months later I found this Habitation Velier Port Mourant, unaged, and it was love at first taste. Even though this wasnt quite as good as The Velier bottling, I would still recommend it for experienced rum drinkers.

Hvid rom er sjældent mig, menne der samtigt er så stærk har en duft og smag der virkeligt frastøder mig, og den kan smages mange timer efter..

Denne hvide rom er på hele 75% og det er simpelthen for meget, den dur ikke til at drikke rent, men måske som mixer.

Dispite the high proof, this rum is very smooth. But definitely not for everyone.
