Ikke mit favoritglas. For mit vedkommende ikke en sipper. Den vinder en smule af at få lov til at udfolde sig i glasset i små 10 minutter, og et par dråber vand. Duften er god, men smagen skuffer simpelthen og noter som chokolade og nougat som bl.a. er lovet via Rombo er langt fra hvad jeg smager her. Middelmådigt glas til en lav pris.

This is some good stuff! Aromas of oak and vanilla with some alcohol bite. Smells like a good bourbon almost. Has a nice mouth feel, fullness is how I would describe it. We'll balanced, not too thin, definitly not syrupy. Smooth taste with just a hint of sweetness. Very nice flavor! One of my favorites. I think the price is good too for how nice this is.

nem az én világom. Ez nekem túl száraz, túl harsány alkohol, túl hordós. Szóval minden, amit nem igazán szeretek. Ha annyira lenne letisztult mint amennyire hordós még lehetne szeretni, de így érzésre 12 év hordó és 4-5 éves nyers alkohol. Illatban még átjön a szeszen némi sötét csokoládé, dió az erős tölgyhordó mellé. Az ízében viszont már csak a fás kesernye él meg a csípős alkoholosság mellett. Ha szeretném a whiskyt, talán ezt is tudnám, de így nem.
For me it has too much alcohol in nose and first taste, it smash chocolate, caramel and other good notes. It's good choice in this price, but not the best one.

Simple but all the stars align to make this one a decent sipper. Don't overload with ice though otherwise you'll lose it.
Warm and fruity with outstanding balance and complexity. Dark caramel, spicy toffee taste.
Jsem teprve začátečník. Rum dobrý poměr cena chuť také dobry. Budu muset někde ochutnat také 18-ti letej.

A good introduction to the next price point

Having exhausted all the cheaper rums available to me, with a mixed level of enjoyment, I decided to take advantage of a black Friday sale to try a bottle of this after hearing good things.
Simply put, I could drink this neat all day long. It's got a little heat but it's balanced fantastically with the sweetness of the sugar cane and it's one of the few rums where I've really been able to pick up on the different stages of flavour for each sip.
I will definitely be buying it again.
