Always enjoyed Flora dark 4 yr rum. So one day I decided to upgrade and buy higher up. In conclusion I will stick to the 4 yr. it suits me fine and in the end that is all that matters. Duke

Pretty great aged rum for the price but noticed that the woodiness tends to really dry out the tounge as I sipped on it more and more. Given it's price I can see it being more useful for cocktails than for straight sipping.

Smokey vanilla oak nose. Sweet vanilla with oak finish and still lots of ABV present. Would like to have it smoother and richer body and abv a bit more hidden... but decent rum...!!

Some alcohol on the nose with notes of vanilla.
Smooth on entry with a nice finish.
A nice simple but not too sweet sipping rum.

Sweet syrup on the nose, harder booze on taste. Could be sweeter, quite spicy!
