This is still a good sipping rum, not as sweet and def needs to breathe (i typically let it rest/breathe for about 2hrs before sipping) very much an alcohol smell cant sense any other scents with out resting. Enjoy sipping it with an A&W rootbeer while smoking a cigar.

My first better rum. I liked it as that, but I found it quite woody and dull. I was hoping to find something I like more in the next bottle.

Our go-to rum for sipping. Good price point, some sweetness but not too much for our palate.

V tejto cenovke je to taky priemer.
Z kraja v arome jemne nakysly, nic moc sa tam neodohrava, nejaka sudovost, nejaka vanilka a tak.
Chut zacina velmi podobne, nasledne zacne vystupovay sud, korenie (mozno nejaky citrus) a dost alkoholoveho palenia.
Na chvoste najviac prenika palenie a klasicke sudy.
Ak je v akcii za 25 a menej eur. Tak mi to nieje luto, aj ked v tejto cenovke preferujem skor Barcelo imperial.

Good rum. Little burny, little grassy, little greasy, little dull.

Not hugely impressed but it’s ok.

With a price of $40 USD this is definitely one to have in my collection. Works as a sipper neat, on the rocks or in upscale cocktails.

Has a nice oak dryness with a nice even sweetness. I get hints of fruit and chocolate.

Aroma is better than flavor. It's missing a lot in the flavor department. What is this?
