Very strong rhum from La Mauny for mixing or punches. Broad fruity body, really good in nose. Much better than the standard La Mauny blanc. Made from the “red” sugarcane type according to the distillery. Strong seven, lurking just below 8. Very good stuff! Ace in your bar cabinet
rhum très parfumé. la canne rouge (wouj' en créole) apporte des parfums très fruité au mélange. a deguster en ti punch.

Small detour in Martinique with this white rum of La Mauny. This distillery presents two white rum of 45 ° (Wouj and Ter Rouj) in homage to the color of the earth of this part of the island of Martinique. The nose is vegetal with fresh sugar cane but not so much than Ter Rouj. The exotic fruits are also present but without too much power. This rum does not seem very harmonious like the other. On the plate, the spices are very present and the alcohol explodes in the mouth. Quite bizarre indeed. Final short, not very interesting. Will suit very well for cocktails.
