Bologne Black Cane

Visited the Bologne Distillery while vacationing in Guadeloupe. Very nice and comprehensive tasting being offered at the distillery. Rhum Black Cane was reasonably priced at EUR 25 per bottle. Pretty nice bottle and label design. Sweet Rhum Agricole flavors complemented with very strong oak, citrus fruits and a hint of passionfruit to your nose and palate. Strong burn at the end. Rhum Agricole lovers can easily add 2 points. The Black Cane is a mixer rum, not a neat sipper.

In der Nase eine herrliche Agricole Frische. Frisch geschlagenes Zuckerrohr in einer sumpfigen Moorlandschaft. Herb-säuerliche Früchte tanzen lachend vorbei, Birnen, Feigen, Trauben und ein paar Gewürze.
Am Gaumen weich und zart. Blumen im Zuckerrohrsaft mit aromatischen Früchten Dekoriert. Etwas Menthol und exotische Gewürze geben dem Ganzen eine Interessante Spannung.
Im Abgang bleibt die Süsse des Zuckerrohrs lange auf der Zunge. Menthol und Gewürze bleiben etwas länger.
Ein toller Agricole für Ti'Punch, andere Drinks oder zum pur geniessen. Für Einsteiger, Geniesser und Alle die Freude am Leben haben. 7+

Crystal clear in the glass.
In the nose a wonderful Agricole freshness. Freshly cut sugar cane in a marshy moorland. Tart and tart fruits dance laughingly by, pears, figs, grapes and a few spices.
Soft and delicate on the palate. Flowers in sugar cane juice decorated with aromatic fruits. Some menthol and exotic spices add an interesting tension.
On the finish, the sweetness of the sugar cane lingers on the tongue for a long time. Menthol and spices linger a bit longer.
A great Agricole for Ti'Punch, other drinks or to enjoy neat. For beginners, connoisseurs and all who enjoy life. 7+

Powerful rhum very tasty. Good item from Bologne which I drank dry or with a little bit of lemon juice.

Not an exceptionnal rum but great in a ti punch at a good price

Une bonne sensation de sucre chaud et de réglisse. Le poivre se confond avec le végétal, et la sensation étonnante (pour un agricole) d'une mélasse ! Très agréable.

Rhum agricole de canne noir idéal en ti punch et même seul

Bon rhum qui n a rien d exeptionnel. Assez doux. Passe très bien en Ti punch

Floral et poivrée avec un goût de réglisse en final. Peut être un peu court en bouche.

Rhum très doux en bouche avec des notes florales, poivrées et herbacées.
Un rhum qui n'a rien d'original mais qui est authentique.
