Bielle 2007 Brut De Fut 7-Year

I had the option to yaste it at the salon du rhum in Spa. Incredibley smooth but powerfull at the same time. Not too sweet. Quite a hefty pricetag at 90 euro's a bottle.

Un rhum qui mérite ses récompenses. Il a tout ce qui fait un excellent agricole, à la fois doux et puissant (parce qu’il n’y a pas de sucre ajouté), riche en saveur et chaleureux. Son défaut est que le final est peu être un peu court, mais il suffit d’en reprendre. Ce rhum ne déçoit pas et mérite vraiment d’être gouté.
A rum that deserves its rewards. It has everything that makes an excellent agricol rum, sweet and powerful at the same time (because there is no added sugar), full of flavor and warmth. Its default is that the aftertaste is just a little too short. This rum does not disappoint and really deserves to be tasted.

Bitty beast, notes of liquirice, a bit acidic, harsh. On the whiskey side of rums. Wouldn’t sip it every evening.

Found it in Akurat bar, Stockholm, 2019.

Puissant, d’abord habituer son palais au degré d’alcool avant de déguster.
Puis une explosion de saveur exotiques. Très belle réussite.

Nez : cire d’abeille, miel, caramel, herbe fraîche, fruit exotiques et odeur de réglisse
Bouche : céréales ,cannelle (le plus proche de ce que je cherche, épicé et sucré), caramel, très longue finale, beaucoup de chaleur qui arrive progressivement.
C'est une bouteille qui se vendait en Guadeloupe au prix de 70 euro et pour un prix comme celui-ci le rapport qualité prix est excellent, par contre le prix suggéré en France d'environ 140 euro le surévalue.

Amber color with golden reflection. There are notes of nuts in the nose, it is very greedy and pastry on the waffle. Very complex. It takes time for it to open and release all its aromas. In the mouth, it is very sweet, always on the pastry cook with butter, waffles, vanilla, pancakes. Very complex. A very sweet and long finish on the spices with a very subtle vanilla.
