Pot still overproof from Australia, sugar cane harvested from Fiji, bottled at 57,2% aged 3 years in oak barrels.
Has some similarities with pot still Smith&Cross but lacks the funk, has some of it though.
Is very heavily buttery in taste, dry, caramel and sucar cane.
Finishes dry with light oakiness.
Not a bad overproof but lacks some complexity when compared to the likes of Smith&Cross and doesnt work as well in a navy grog.
Rather funky, Jamaican nose. Slightly industrial. Oil? Gets sweeter with time. High notes on the palate. Reminds me of a tamer Hamilton St. Lucian. Super tasty.
