Bundaberg Coffee & Chocolate

Every time my mrs bakes some muffins- I stick my finger in the top and then pour a shot of this in in the hole. Makes her rock hard bland muffins suddenly delicious.

Look this stuff is dosed in sugar it's nice to have a shot or two but nothing more appreciate it for what it is

Not much to say about this, really.
It is a flavoured rum-based liqueur. I am quite sure that they could have used vodka for the same effect, instead of Bundaberg rum.

It is, unsurprisingly, very sweet. The aroma is of coffee, cocoa, a lot of sweetness. I do also seem to get some banana notes. Mouth-feel is viscose, creamy. The stuff sugar-coats the mouth.

If you like very sweet liqueurs, this might be worth a try. I would rather not drink this.

Like Bundaberg Rum's other liqueurs, it's a lovely sweet drink in small quantities as a nightcap. Best drunk just on ice.

Enjoyed two glasses of Bundaberg Coffee and Chocolate while vacationing in Brisbane. Very nice high end bottle and label design. AUD 51 per bottle at the Brisbane Airport tax free. Coffee bean, chocolate powder, stale cold coffee flavors and of course plenty of chocolatey to your nose and palate when neat sipped. Massive amount of sugar. You don't get any burn from the alcohol since it's only 40 Proof but you will get nauseous after a few drinks from the sheer amount of sugar.

For the chocaholic rum lovers! Only available in the Bundaberg distillers shop. We bought one bottle in 2000, and made it last more than a decade...! A definite reason to go back Down Under and bring home another bottle.
