Ce rhum blanc a été blanchi sur charbon après au moins 2 ans de vieillissement en fût. Ca lui donne un parfum très agréable et en fait une excellente base pour les cocktails.

As it write before this is a false cristal clear rum. All color have been suppresed by filtrating it on charcoal. It gain some complexity to stay in cask for 2 years but lost the sugar cane flavor that real white rum have.

It's a younger Diplomatico Reserva with few smell but a litle vanilla and caramel taste. Better in mixed drink than on the rocks.

This is one of my favorite white rums. It mixes clean with just about anything that I have tried.

I am so surprised how great this rum is. Smooth, slightly spicy, light molasses finish. Really enjoyable to sip all day at a BBQ with a few ice cubes. I tried it also with a tough of coke, and not a great mix - prefer on the rocks. I could see it being fantastic in a mojito

This rum is smooth I will give it that, with a rather subdued nose. This rum lacks in flavor, it is not strong or incredibly deep in flavor at all and remains quite light given its age. I was expecting a bit more from this one. If you want a rather tasteless, scentless, rum with a bit a alcohol taste then this is perfect for you. You can drink a whole bunch of this rather easily without even feeling like you have drank anything, I drank 3 quarters of a bottle in a sitting trying to find the flavor. If you like a full flavored rum then this is not the first, second, third, or fourth, to grab. There are many other whites I would recommend far before this one, but still highly drinkable by almost anyone I would imagine.

Simply the best white rum I have tried. It could almost be a good sipper! Not tried it in cocktails yet

Toffee, caramel, vanilla, and a wonderful thick mouth feel. Goes well with tropical drinks, but not my favorite as a sipper. At $30 a bottle, price is it's biggest negative.
