Dictador XO Perpetual

Angenehmer Geruch, im Geschmack dominiert Schokolade, gefolgt von Haselnuss und einem dezenten Kaffeegeschmack im Abgang. Einer der besten Rums die ich bis jetzt probiert habe.
Die perfekte 10 halte ich mir noch offen, wer weiß was noch kommt :-)

Шоколад, фундук и грецкие орехи. Мёд. Нотка ванили...
Один из самых любимых ромов.
С хорошей сигарой, получается фантастический дуэт!

Plus sec que l'insolent, il n'en reste pas moins très parfumé avec une bonne longueur en bouche...il est juste moins "rond" ou moins gourmand.
c'est un rhum peu sucré, pour les connaisseurs.

Excellent rum, very mild but still has great taste. Quite sweet.

Nice vanilla, butterscotch flavours. Smooth finish and excellent sipper.

Honey, coffee, toffee, oak, and even some bourbon.

But the aftertaste is harsh, just like it is with the Dictador 20 year, and this takes away from the overall goodness. I'm not sure if I'm the only one that feels the harsh aftertaste (I'm not reading about it in other people's reviews), but to me this makes it a less than exceptional rum. I prefer the Dictador XO Insolent to this, as it is sweeter and more rum like.

Smooth taste and smell. Hints of vanilla Coffee and honey.

you would find this one a very good rum by itself.

but if you compare with it's sister products, especially lower priced ones, you may ask yourself why pay more for this when you can get similar high quality at lower prices.

Back to solera rum for these both Dictador rum from Columbia. Time for Perpetual : Same beautiful dark color. The coffee, vanilla, honey, caramel and chocolate are present. This one is drier with a more robust body. The finish is also long. Dictador made two different rum with one dry , and the insolent more softer. This one should be better for rum connoisseur. To be also into your collection.
