Má tmavě jantarovou barvu s červenohnědými tóny.
Ve vůni objevíme karamel, vanilku, med a praženou kávu.
Můj oblíbený rum. Krásná matně černá lahev.

Very mild rum, that has a sweet overall taste. Definatley a fine one, but for me personally the vanilla-flavor in it is too strong.
Très emballé lors de mes premières dégustations, je suis resté un peu déçu sur la fin de la bouteille... à retenter certainement car il m'a tout de même laissé un excellent souvenir.
Un gust special cu aroma de cafea cu un ușor accent de vanilie.

A beautiful dark rum which is big on the nose with camel toffee sugar and vanilla aromas. Deep and rich taste. Smells sweet and tastes smooth and dry. This is a must for your collection

Way better than the 12 yr but still not my thing. The flavours are really nutty and coffee and seem almost artificial. I expect better for the price.

Spicy scent but rather neutral, well rounded taste. A good rum but almost identical to the 12-Year-Old, it's just a bit smoother. The 12-Year-Old is better value.
I don't regret to buy it. It is a great rum but next time I probably will go for the 12 year again or try the Insolent XO.

For every rum I've tried up to this point, whether I personally enjoyed it or not, I can understand why one may like or dislike it. Even my top picks, what I consider to be hallmark rums. Phraya is earthy. Perfeccion is medicinal. The very reason I like may be the reason someone else dislikes it. But this one... is just so lovable! The nose gives you cocoa, coffee and sweet mukhwas (those pallette-cleansing seeds you have after an Indian meal.) In the mouth there's flavors of chocolate, vanilla and honey, and a big ol' finish of maple! The flavors are strong. The sweetness is gentle. The alcohol does not burn at all. How this rum does harm by anyone is a complete mystery to me...
