A fruity rum with the porto that is present but does not take over the rum. A nice attack but falls very quickly with a short finish. A body very little built and which has difficulty to express but it remains light and thin.
Ce rhum est intéressant, une note épicée, mais aussi une note amère. Je l'ai trouvé légèrement acide et un peu râpeux. Attention, je ne suis pas un grand fan des rhum de tradition Française, sa complexité pourra plaire à d'autres.
Quite short, but with a good body producing the porto notes. Pleasant head, packs myriad of flavours. Another one from HSE to be enjoyed. Truly good rhum.
Cette finition de hse est très fruitée et est vraiment différente du XO (ce qui n'est pas toujours la cas avec les 'finitions du monde').
