Clement Canne Bleue

I think it's one of my favorite rhum for Ti Punch !!! Amazing !

The definition of pure rhum

Color : Clear
Flavor : Light fruity flavor, mango & banana, with a subtle grassy finish
Palate : Clean, dry, net

This rum is produce from a single cane species that deserve to be tryed.

Great in any citrussy short cocktail.

Great for ti punch, lively and grassy, full of flavor!

An excellent rum. That does very well being mixed.

Son côté végétal ramène le goût de la canne fraîche dans le ti-punch et entraîne un équilibre parfait ente rhum, sucre et citron. Génial.

Millésime 2010 à 2014, un côté floral très appréciable en Ti Punch.
Sec on retrouve le côté "rhum agricole" avec toujours cette petite note florale.

Millésime 2012 : excellent en ti punch, mais probablement comme d'autres rhums agricoles non millésimés

I drank this next to the Neisson Rhum Agricole Blanc (similar in price, strength, style, and rating), and I liked this one just a bit more. Taste includes sugar cane, a light peppery spice, and wet stone (in a good way).
