This is a new rum made by an Irish company well known for whiskey production. It ages in oak barrels for five years. The digital skeleton on the bottle label is impressive. Degustation: tasting the Wild Geese Rum after a glass of 21-year Cubaney reminds you whiskey; tasting it after a glass of smoky and strong Ardbeg reminds you water.
