Rhum vieux traditionnel de la Réunion, 10 ans d'âge, titre : 40°.
Bouteille : étui, bouteille au design sobre, belle couleur dorée.
Nez : agréable, miel, fruits secs, alcool.
Attaque: douce, puis boisé, tanins, alcool.
Finale : courte, note végétale puis petite astringence.
Au final, un rhum agréable, assez sec, probablement sans sucre ajouté, assez proche des rhums de style anglais.

In der Nase frisch und reif zugleich, kandierte Früchte mit Zitronenzeste, Karamell mit Holznuancen und ein Blumenstrauss mit Vanillesauce.
Im Gaumen schön ausgewogen, tropische Früchte gehen elegant Hand in Hand mit Karamell und Vanille. Sanfte Holztöne erklingen im Hintergrund.
Im Abgang klingen Holz, Karamell und Vanille lange nach.
Ein interessanter Rhum für Freunde von Agricole Rhum. Nichts für "Sweetis".

In the nose fresh and ripe at the same time, candied fruits with lemon zest, caramel with wood nuances and a bouquet of flowers with vanilla sauce.
The palate is well balanced, tropical fruits go elegantly hand in hand with caramel and vanilla. Gentle wood tones are heard in the background.
In the finish, wood, caramel and vanilla are long lasting.
An interesting Rhum for friends of Agricole Rhum. Nothing for "Sweetis".

La note reflète surtout son prix élevé.

Un rhum.sans trop de caractère, une petite attaque caramel, faible longueur en bouche.
