Aroma is weak. Taste is also weak, like mixed with water. No start, no aftertaste, all in one line an wery short.

Ein sehr delikater Rum aus Guyana von Bristol Classic.
Leuchtendes Bernstein im Glas.
Sehr weich und sanft schwebt ein Korb voller tropischer Früchte und Vanillebrötchen vor der Nase.
Im Gaumen wird das Ganze noch mit Karamell, kandierten Früchten und Gewürzen aromatisiert.
Im nie endendem Abgang schweben die Aromen auf eine subtilen Süsse davon.
Hervorragend ausbalancierter und sehr gut gemachter Rum.
Ein Klassiker für spezielle Tage.

A basket of tropical fruits and vanilla buns floats softly and gentle in front of your nose.
In the palate, the whole is still flavored with caramel, candied fruit and spices.
In the never ending finish the aromas float on a subtle sweetness.
Excellent balanced and very well made rum.
A classic for special days.

This rum is sweet, and has a nice range of flavors including coffee, licorice and chocolate. It is however bottled at a sleep-inducing 43%. Had this rum had a higher ABV it would have been great

Straight from the banks of the Demerara River in Guyana comes this marvelous 12-year-old rum. Although it has no added sugar (are you listening, El Dorado?), it's sweet like sherry, fragrant like port, smooth as warm honey and positively gentle on the tongue. A mild bit of funk suggests oak and liquorice at the finish. I usually prefer to drink rum neat but can imagine this stuff brightening up your favorite rum cocktails as well. Every person should be issued a bottle of this rum when they move into the neighborhood.

Des notes de caramel bien cuit, toffee, de la lime.
La réduction n'empêche pas une longueur en bouche correcte.
