Al naso è frizzante e inebriante, con note di litchi, mais inscatolato, maturati di frutti tropicali, agrumi in sottofondo con menta e alcool.
Al palato è dolce (marzapane), agrumato(lime) e pepato, in sottofondo frutti tropicali e alcool/acquavite d'uva.
Sul finale ,abbastanza persistente, appare una gustevole dolcezza e la liquirizia che riscalda piacevolmente la gola.
Nel bicchiere vuoto legno leggero. Ha personalità.
Nose: Vibrant, led by a flush of fresh sugar cane, but with an earthy side. Ginger ale, sampaguita flowers, confectionery sugar, lemongrass, and orange peel. Tisanes and damp soil.
Palate: The mouthfeel is lighter than I thought it would be. A primary thread of silicone rubber that transitions to sugar cane leaves. There are nice touches of clay, basil, rattan, and coconut husk.
Finish: Long and full of incense, grass, and chamomile. Noticeable warmth in the chest.
Foul taste, white colour, didn’t like it at all unfortunately!

Très belle surprise.
Ce rhum agricole est très équilibré les 54° passent très bien sans aucune difficulté, l alcool est merveilleusement intégré.
Au nez un vrai jus de canne, en bouche rhum très agréable, et aromatique. Vraiment a tester
