Black Magic Black Spiced

Very sweet rum, in you wanna start your travel with rum , this is for you, next gen after that rum, you must try bumbu oryginal. Thst rum taste vanilla, cynamon. Very very sweet!

I believe everyone that comes across this will see it as a discounted kraken. If you were to do a blind test you would easily be able to differentiate between the two. For price it's really not a bad rum.

Not a bad rum. Doesn't have the aroma of a rum to drink neat but tastewise it isn't too bad. Strong maple syrup/brown sugar aromas. Getting a nice cherry flavour from it and some pepper kicks around the mouth, but overall very smooth drinking.

I found this on a shelf of some scattered leftover bottles at my local store. $11?? Yes, I will try (what thirsty soul wouldn't?). Surprised the socks off of me! My honest rating would be a 5, but the value definitely adds a point.

Smooth mouth feel going into a moderate throat burn that finished in a lasting warmth. Cinnamon, nutmeg, marshmallow, and carmel flavors. Very sweet to the point of the sweetness taking over the lengthly and pleasantly warm finish. If not for the sweetness, this may have been a black spiced rum we could actually sip! Anyway, it pairs well with most colas and decent in ginger as well.

I actually preferred this one neat rather than mixed. As soon as you crack this one open you detect a moderate maple aroma and hints of vanilla greet your tongue. A decent price for the product as well.

Ok Black rum but I think the Kraken has just a bit more to offer.

Still not sure what to think of this one.
It's not bad with a coke and is almost like kraken, but just not the same.
Kraken is also not top of the line spiced rum but compared to this one I think I enjoy kraken just a bit more.
Black Magic is not bad but for a spiced rum but it seems to be missing something that makes it stand out of other black spiced rum's.

I know that it is cheap and no aged, but it is pleasant, fast and slaughter. ....... Бутылка дешёвая, но этикетка сделана оригинально и выделяется. Приятный аромат кофе, позже резкость алкоголя бьёт по носу. Вкус несложный, всё тот же кофе, умеренная сладость, горечь, лекарства. Пьётся легко, 47 градусов быстро опьяняют, и поэтому коварен. Хорошо подобран сахар - совсем нет ощущения тяжести и полностью скрыт немалый алкоголь. Последствия наутро немного проявятся.

I came across this one next to kraken and saw it was cheaper and came with a 2 liter of Coke and a shot glass. So why not? It seemed very similar to kraken but taste and aroma told me they were different. I didn't get swept away with the sweet smell that seeps out of kraken. It indeed had that aroma I pictured potions from Harry Potter would emit. For price taste wasn't that bad. not a kraken but for a black spiced rum I think it was enjoyable.

The spices swallow up this rum making it flavorful and pretty enjoyable to drink, but it feels more like a higher proof licor than a true rum.
