From my point of view it is well made rum, according to its price, is smooth and vegetal – obviously blended by the rhum agricole master blender. The burn might be too much for someone, so if you want to sip it I recommend you to add one ice cube. Saint James Heritage on the rocks is ideal for summer evenings, because you enjoy the light sugar cane taste without the warming alcohol burn, it simply melts in the ice.

the rum starts with a sweet wave, after that it switches quite fast to a spicy flavour profile. Ending with almost hot note's.
