Cut Spike Barrel Aged

Tasted at Laka Lono on 11/22/22. Pours a very faint gold. Mild biscuit aroma. Flavor is fairy offensive to my palate. This is an alien chemical taste- pthalates perhaps? Maybe benzene? I figure that my liver is done for after this.

Pretty much if you're drinking this it is to support local distiller Cut Spike or perhaps their friends/partners at Lucky Bucket brewing. If you are determined to sample, I'd recommend a Dr Pepper over the standard Coca Cola, the diversity of flavors will be a nice distraction

Not much to say about this one, it's nice and mild for only aging 12 months, with a good balance of spice and hints of vanilla and a little oak. Fine to sip on with a little water or on the rocks, I also mixed in some Coke but that wasn't great.

Nice rum had to try it it's local to me would drink it again very nice taste
